The Marchesini BA50 is an automatic machine with intermittent movements and horizontal carton transport. Cartoning machine suitable for the volume of cartons, insertion of the product fed into a chain with drawers, closing of interlocking flaps, equal or alternating or with glue closure and waste cartons at the exit.

Machine equipped with:
• Siemens motovariator group
• BECKER dry vacuum pump
• Vertical carton magazine, placed at a height of approx. 1400 mm equipped with minimum load control
• The adjustment of the moving part of the machine is driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor, for the length "H" of the case
• Product transport chain with fixed or adjustable drawers. The chain is designed to accept various types of automatic product feeders. Product transport height 860 mm +/- 50mm

The machine design, born from the manufacturer's consolidated experience in this sector, makes it highly reliable and performing.
Sturdy structure with reduced dimensions, it is made with the utmost respect for safety standards and is supplied with the Πmarking.

Safety devices installed
Accident prevention protection in Methacrylate, mounted on a frame integrated into the machine structure, with safety microswitches on all openable parts, with emergency machine stop and compressed air discharge.
Overload control with mechanical torque limiter on the main motor with immediate machine stop. Safety system during product insertion against overload with immediate machine stop.
Machine stop after three consecutive errors.

Mechanical speed: up to 50 cases / minute.
The yield is always dependent on the possibility of feeding the product, on the automatic feeders mounted, on the type of pushers used as well as on the additional accessories added.

Standard voltage: 400 Volt, three phase, Neutral & Earth. Frequency: 50 Hertz. The system, electrical panel and wiring in accordance with the regulations Œ.
Electrical system: the entire system is CE certified and tested according to the control plans provided for by the certified quality system.
Electrical functions: controlled by an S7-1500 PLC and HMI TP700 (Siemens).
Control panel: complete with: start, stop, reset and emergency buttons. Socket for jog button. Password for service access. Touch Screen Display for displaying messages to the operator and selections for managing formats. Function data and machine status. Production data: resettable partial hour meter, total hour meter, good product counter, operating speed indicator. Message presentation with service menu and Help.
In addition to Italian it is possible to insert two languages. Complies with EMC (Electro Magnetic Compatibility) standards.
